The 6- Shot System

As my first post on this blog, I will be introducing you to the 6- shot system of film/photography.
Basically, the 6- shot system is a series of 6 shots needed to complete a good series of photos/film.

1. Close up of hands
This shot gives you a good, detailed view of what the person is doing with their hands/ working on.

2. Close up of face
This shot shows you the subject's expression.

3. Over The Shoulder (OTS)
This shot combines the previous 2 shots, and almost gives you a "first person" view into what the subject is doing.
4. Medium Shot
This shot shows more of what is happening around the subject.

5. Wide Shot
This shot expands on the medium shot, showing even more detail.

6. Extra Wide Shot
This is the very most expanded shot from the 6-Shot system, and it shows the subject from a larger distance, but displays complete detail in the subject's surroundings.
